Bc55 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules & Policies for Malaysia

To register and use BC55 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements before creating an account:

• You are 18 years and above. bc55 takes this age requirement seriously and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• You are an individual with full legal capacity to enter into and comply with a legally binding contract.
• Your use of BC55 services is not prohibited by any laws applicable in your geographical region.
• You are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform that includes bc55.
• You are not registering on behalf of another individual, not acting as an agent, and not using funds from any unlawful source.

BC55 reserves the right to decline a registration application or suspend an existing account if there is reasonable cause to believe that the eligibility requirements have not been met. In such cases, any deposited balance will be returned once the investigation is complete, subject to applicable legal and compliance requirements.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) bc55 account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure without return of balance.

By registering, you agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur. bc55 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information you have provided.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, whether or not you were aware of it. Please contact BC55 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

BC55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including a copy of your ID, proof of address, and payment method statements. Failure to provide the requested documents within 72 hours may result in a temporary account suspension.

BC55 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only. All internal transactions are processed in RM. BC55 supports the following deposit methods, all of which are local Malaysian payment options:

• DuitNow – Instant interbank transfer via phone number or account number
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) – Online bank transfer including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks
• Touch 'n Go eWallet – TNG e-wallet
• GrabPay – Grab digital wallet
• Boost – Boost digital wallet by Axiata
• ShopeePay – ShopeePay e-wallet

Minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. No maximum daily deposit limit is set by bc55, though individual payment methods may have their own limits. All deposits are processed within seconds to 5 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact bc55 customer support with proof of transaction.

Bc55 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are beyond bc55's control. Deposited funds are for entertainment use within the bc55 platform only and may not be transferred to any third party.

BC55 members may withdraw their winnings subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a bank account registered in your own name.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

BC55 processes withdrawal requests within 8 to 30 minutes for most cases. In exceptional circumstances such as additional verification requirements or technical issues, this period may extend up to 24 hours. If your withdrawal has not been processed within 24 hours, please contact BC55 support with your request reference number.

BC55 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of bonus terms, or failure to verify the account. In the event of a rejection, clear reasons will be provided to the member concerned.

Bc55 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to the wagering requirements specified on the respective promotions page. The following are general principles that apply to all bc55 bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or exchanged for cash unless the wagering requirements have been met.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses ranges from 10x to 35x, depending on the bonus type — specific details are stated in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions.
• Only wagers placed using bonus funds count towards the wagering requirements. Bets made with your own deposited funds do not contribute.
• Bc55 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or any attempt to exploit a promotion.
• Some games may contribute less than 100% towards bonus wagering requirements — contribution rates are available on the promotions page.
• Bc55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, with any outstanding wagering balance processed fairly.

All games offered on BC55 are operated using independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by BC55 or any player.

The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is as stated by the respective game provider and displayed in the game information. BC55 does not modify the RTP value of any game from the value set by the original provider.

In the event of a technical failure during gameplay — such as an internet disruption, server disconnection, or software error — BC55 will endeavour to restore the game session to its last saved state using our game logs. If restoration is not possible, the wagered amount will be credited back to your account balance.

• Results of completed and settled games are final and binding, and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• Progressive jackpot winnings will be verified before payment is issued; this process may take up to 72 hours.
• Sports betting at BC55 is subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, covering competitions such as the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and others.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at BC55 and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using BC55 as a vehicle for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Multiple Account Ownership: Registering more than one account to gain an advantage in any bonus or promotion programme.
• Use of Unauthorised Software: Using bots, automated software, hacking tools, or any program that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering or working with others to systematically exploit BC55 promotions.
• Collusion in Poker: Colluding secretly with other players in poker or any multiplayer game to cheat or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• False Information: Providing false personal or financial information during registration or the KYC process.
• System Abuse: Exploiting any bugs, software errors, or system vulnerabilities for unlawful gain.

Bc55 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close any member account without prior notice where there is evidence of any of the above activities. Cases involving fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant Malaysian authorities.

Bc55 reserves the right to close or suspend any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Self-Exclusion request by the member under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting BC55 support. For voluntary closures, any remaining balance after all wagering requirements have been fulfilled will be returned via your original payment method within 5 business days.

Bc55 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, bc55 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the bc55 platform.
• Technical failures, server outages, or network issues beyond BC55's control.
• Game outcomes that result in financial losses to a member.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to a member's negligence in safeguarding their password.

BC55's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount of active deposits made within the 30 days preceding the claim. Please note that gambling carries financial risk and BC55 does not guarantee any winnings.

BC55 is committed to protecting the personal data of all members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All information you provide to BC55 will be handled with care in line with Privacy Policy which form part of these Terms.

Your personal data is used for identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and account-related communications. BC55 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, except where required by law.
